RiskPoint M&A expands M&A Capacity
Following a very successful 2021, we are pleased to announce that RiskPoint has expanded its panel of capacity for M&A insurance in Europe through a partnership with MS Amlin Insurance S.E. RiskPoint now has an additional EUR 10M of capacity on MS Amlin Insurance S.E. paper (AM Best- A (Excellent)).
MS Amlin Insurance S.E. sees the partnership with RiskPoint as an excellent opportunity to offer to its brokers and clients high quality solutions for M&A Insurances through the sophisticated RiskPoint team and platform. This cooperation is an excellent strategic fit for both parties.
Together with the rest of the European M&A panel consisting of Allianz, Arch, AXA XL, Barbican, CV Starr, HDI, IGI, QBE and Zurich, RiskPoint M&A can now deploy north of EUR 150M per risk to underwrite and service Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), Tax Liability, and Contingent Risk insurance products for our global private equity and M&A clients.
