RiskPoint M&A is delighted to announce the appointment of James Hamon as a tax specialist underwriter.
James joined the RiskPoint team on 25 July 2022 from his previous role as Associate Director, Corporate Tax at Osborne Clarke. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2019, James has been a tax adviser at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and elsewhere having qualified as a solicitor in 2011. James’ experience covers the full range of corporate tax work ranging from small to mid-market UK M&A to complex cross-border transactions and structuring. Prior to joining RiskPoint, James, alongside advising other insurers in the market, worked closely with the M&A underwriting team as trusted counsel on a wide range of W&I placements.
James is based in our London office but will be part of our global underwriting team.
